PROBLEM:
The integrated CAC reader on the Ace Mustang T630, T630V2, T730 is not detecting the inserted CAC card.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION 1:
Ensure the CAC card is installed with the photo side facing downwards.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION 2:
Examine Windows Device Manager and confirm there are no unknown or missing devices.
Download and install the available driver packages from our support site for the affected model.
