PROBLEM:
Unable to use trackpad after booting to OS.
SOLUTION:
The T630, T630V2 and T730 notebook models require the Intel Serial IO driver to be installed for the touchpad to function. Please download and install all drivers for the model to ensure proper operation.
The Serial IO driver can be downloaded here:
https://acecomputers.com/acedrivers/ace-mustang-t630-qeb2024a/2_SeriaIO.zip
If all drivers have been installed and the touchpad continues to not function, please ensure it has not been disabled via the keyboard function keys.
